SMOOTH – Sustainable Modes of Travel to School
Foster the knowledge and strengthen Ukrainian municipalities' institutional capacities in applying school mobility management to achieve behavioral change in safer and more sustainable travel modes.

Polish Union of Active Mobility (PUMA) is
a national association whose main aim is to support the idea of local governments and to increase the role of active forms of mobility in Polish municipalities. The association was founded in 2010 in Gdansk, Poland. Since then, it has successfully completed many international projects with a total budget of €15,000,000.
The Uzhhorod City Council is committed to transitioning to more sustainable modes of mobility by implementing key strategic documents such as Cycling concept and SUMP, upgrading the public transport fleet, and improving infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists. Recently,
Uzhhorod joined CIVINET, a network of
cities promoting sustainable urban mobility.
FORZA – Agency for Sustainable Development of the Carpathian Region – has been promoting sustainable urban mobility for a decade, active in initiatives such as European Mobility Week in Ukraine, the Cycling Forum in Uzhhorod and #BikesForUkraine. Its efforts focus on engaging young people and children through cycling awareness and road safety campaigns.
Energy Agency Southern Sweden is
a regional competence center for sustainable energy systems. We support businesses and public actors in the energy transition to achieve their climate goals. Our efforts aim to reduce climate impact and promote sustainable regional development. We are owned
by municipalities and regions and are always impartial without profit interest.
